Pear & Walnut Smoothie

Pears are a fantastic addition to your daily diet as they are packed full of fibre, antioxidants, vitamin C and folate.

  • 250ml Milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 15g Oats
  • 5g Honey
  • 1/2 a Pear
  • 10g Raw Walnuts
  • Ice

Blend all ingredients on high until well combined and enjoy!

This is the perfect refreshing smoothie on a warm day or after a sleepless night.

  • 1 tbsp Oats
  • 1 Banana ( frozen if you like it thick!)

Blend all ingredients for 2-3 mins until oats are broken down- enjoy!

Caramel Milk Boosting Smoothie

Brewer Yeast is know for its milk boosting properties and you can read more about how to help boost your milk supply here.  If you are not breastfeeding simply leave out the Brewers Yeast for a delish Caramel Smoothie!

  • 1/2 tsp Brewers Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Oats
  • 1 Medjool Date (or 2 dried)
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Ice

Blend on high until Dates are completely combined then enjoy!
