Blueberry Smoothie
Blueberries are fast becoming one of the most popular fruits to eat and are gaining a bit of a superfood status for health and weight loss– they’re packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and are thought to provide a wealth of health benefits when you include them into your smoothie.
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie mix
- 250ml low fat milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
Blend well for a few minutes and sprinkle a little coconut over the top

Super Strawberry Smoothie
Strawberries are a delicious berry, perfect in fruit salads throughout and ideal in your Healthy Mummy Smoothies. And the great news is that strawberries are not only delicious but nutritious too – they contain a bevy of nutrients and vitamins that can boost your health.
- 250mL A2 full cream milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 tbls jalna vanilla yoghurt
- 2 tbls Healthy Mummy strawberry smoothie mix
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
Blend well for a few minutes, then enjoy

Super Antioxidant smoothie
Spinach contains loads of nutrients, including protein, fibre, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, calcium, magnesium and more. Adding it to your daily smoothie with the right combination of fruits will result in an nutrient packing smoothie!
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy strawberry smoothie mix
- 250ml low fat milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Handful spinach
- A few ice cubes
Blend for a few minutes

- 250ml low fat milk (or milk of your choice)

- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- A few yoghurt ice cubes
Blend for a few minutes
