Mangos are a fantastic fruit to add to your smoothies as they are packed full of vitamins and add a natural sweetness to your smoothie
- 2tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Mango
- 2 Dates
- 1 tbsp coconut
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Ice
Combine all ingredients together in blender for 2-3 mins then enjoy!

Blend all ingredients together until well combined

This smoothie is simple but super yummy- give it a try!
- 250ml slim milk
- 1tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy mix
- 1Tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy mix
- 1Tbsp natural yogurt
- 10g frozen banana
- 10g frozen strawberries
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients for 2-3 mins until well combined and then enjoy!
