Sweet Mango Smoothie

Mangos are a fantastic fruit to add to your smoothies as they are packed full of vitamins and add a natural sweetness to your smoothie

  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Mango
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Ice

Combine all ingredients together in blender for 2-3 mins then enjoy!

  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 1tbsp choc Heathy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 1tbsp strawb Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • Sprinkle of coconut
  • 1 tsp cacao

Blend all ingredients together until well combined

Strawberry Cream Smoothie

This smoothie is simple but super yummy- give it a try!

  • 250ml slim milk
  • 1tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy mix
  • 1Tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy mix
  • 1Tbsp natural yogurt
  • 10g frozen banana
  • 10g frozen strawberries
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon

Blend all ingredients for 2-3 mins until well combined and then enjoy!

  • 1 tsp Mayver’s Dark Chocolate Super spread
  • 1 tsp Blessed & Lucky Sweet Honey Nut spread
  • 10g Hazelnuts
  • 125ml Coconut & Almond milk
  • 125ml Coconut Water
  • 5 Ice cubes

Blend on high for at least 2-3 mins and then enjoy!
