The smoothies are a quick, filling and super healthy alternative when you are pressed for time to make something from the healthy eating plan.
Fruity Vanilla Smoothie
This yummy vanilla smoothie is packed full of fibre to help keep you fuller for longer. It has the added goodness of pumpkin seeds that are packed full of vitamins and nutrients.
- 250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1 Pear
- 1 Passionfruit (just the pulp)
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Blend all ingredients together in a blender for at least 2-3 mins until well combined

- 3 Fresh/Frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 Avocado
- Handful of baby Spinach
- 1 Passionfruit (just the pulp)
Blend all ingredients on high until well combined and then enjoy!

This smoothie is so thick and delicious you will think you are having desert for lunch!
- 250 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 tbsp Cacao or Cocoa
- 1 tbsp Coconut
- 3 Pitted Dates
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Blend all ingredients together until well combined and dates are completely processed

- Ice
Blend well in blender for 2-4 mins and then enjoy!
