Ingredients
- 300 mls coconut water
- 2 tbsp Vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 pear
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
Method
- Place all ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle chia seeds on top if you wish
- Enjoy!
