We have been running a Kid Friendly Healthy Baking Competition in our Private Facebook Support Group for REAL MUMS to send in their Healthy Original Baking Recipes for their chance to WIN a $100 Coles Voucher.

Healthy Lemon Cheesecake Tarts

Lose Baby Weight- Tart



  • 1/4 Cup Almond Meal
  • 1 Tbs Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbs Egg White (the rest of the egg goes in the filling)
  • 20g Coconut Oil


  • 60g Philadelphia Cream Cheese (extra Light)
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • the rest of the egg


  • To make the crust combine all the listed ingredients together to form a dough and press into tart tin (i used ramekins)
  • Bake at 180 for about 5 minutes, don’t let them brown as they going back in with the filling, remove from oven and set aside.
  • To make the filling mix all the listed ingredients together and pour into the crusts, bake at 180 for about 10 minutes or until crust is golden and there is only a wobble in the centre of the filling
  • Take out of the oven and eat once cooled

Makes 2 Tarts
