It is quick and easy to make and is packed full of healthy and nutritious ingredients, this snack ticks all of the boxes for a healthy treat.
Lose Baby Weight- Frozen Muesli Bar



  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sultanas
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey (melted a little in microwave)
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil



  • To make the base, mix all of the listed base ingredients together in bowl and press into small square tin lined with baking paper.
  • Next make the topping mix the listed topping ingredients together
  • Spread the topping ingredients over the base
  • Cover and freeze for approx 3-4 hours until firm.
  • Cut into 15 bars and store in an airtight container in the freezer
