Lose Baby Weight- Healthy Frozen Yoghurt, Berry & Macadamia Bar

Ingredientshealthy mummy smoothies

  • 3 cups low fat Greek/Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbls honey
  • 1/2 chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries


  • In a bowl mix together yogurt and honey
  • Then gently stir in all other ingredients
  • Line a slice tin with baking paper, spread mixture in an even layer
  • Place into freezer until very firm
  • Cut into 14 bars
  • Store in a container in freezer
