When you’re trying to drop the kilos and lose baby weight it can be tough to have a variety of tasty, healthy recipes on hand to keep things interesting – it’s really easy to fall into a routine of using the recipes you know inside out. So finding new ways of using the ingredients your most familiar with is an excellent way of mixing things up at the same time as losing weight. That’s why we’ve chosen Jennifer Morschel’s (@jenjen130789) instagram as our daily winner – her gorgeous marinated chicken salad looks delicious, and is a fantastic, healthy recipe to use on one of the Lose Baby Weight plans.
Chicken Salad

Not only is this a low fat, low sugar, high protein meal, it’s jammed full of fresh veggies and flavoursome spices. You can use up whatever veggies you’ve got hanging around in the fridge – try baking some pumpkin or sweet potato – and grab some fresh herbs like coriander, basil and thyme to really give the dish a boost. You’ll be amazed at the difference fresh herbs will make to your salads, and they are an excellent way to inject flavour into your dish without adding calories.
