We have another yummy recipe submission for the Baking Competition that we are running on our Private Facebook Support Group where members can send in their own super creative and YUMMY baking recipes that can be enjoyed while following a healthy eating plan.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup softened Butter
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup wholemeal SR flour
- 75 grams dark choc bits
- 150 grams dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Method
- Mix softened butter, coconut sugar and vanilla extract together in a bowl until well combined.
- Add wholemeal SR flour and dark choc bits and combine until crumbly dough mixture.
- Wet your hands and using a teaspoon to measure, roll your cookie dough into 20 individual balls on a tray. Place in freezer for 10 mins.
- Melt your dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave – approx 1 min
- Take your cookie dough balls out of the freezer, roll each ball through the melted chocolate and replace on the tray until all balls are covered.
- Decorate with remaining chocolate or sprinkle a touch of sea salt, nuts, coconut or whatever is your taste.
- Replace in freezer for a couple of minutes until set and then enjoy!
Makes 20 truffles, 113 calories per truffle.
