Today we have a great reader recipe for you all to try- a Healthy Chocolate Raspberry Paddle Pop.
This delicious treat will be love by the whole family and can be enjoyed in moderation while following a healthy eating plan.


  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup (or other sweeteners)
  • 1/4 cup milk (you can use water or extra yoghurt)
  • 12g dark choc chips (you can leave them out to reduce the calories)
  • 15g raspberries


  • Mix all ingredients except choc chips in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Stir in choc chips,then pour or spoon mixture into icy pole moulds and freeze overnight.
  • Mix makes 3 Paddle Pops
