Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup natural crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Topping
- 2 tbls cocoa powder
- 4 tbls melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp rice malt syrup

Method
- To make the base mix together the listed ingredients and press into 12 mini muffin silicon moulds
- Freeze for 30 minutes
- Next make your topping by mixing the listed ingredients together until well combined
- spoon 1 tsp on top of each base and freeze until firm.
- Store in freezer
Makes 12 “cups”
