Peanut butter cups



  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil


  • 2 tbls cocoa powder
  • 4 tbls melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp rice malt syrup

  • To make the base mix together the listed ingredients and press into 12 mini muffin silicon moulds
  • Freeze for 30 minutes
  • Next make your topping by mixing the listed ingredients together until well combined
  • spoon 1 tsp on top of each base and freeze until firm.
  • Store in freezer

Makes 12 “cups”
