Lose Baby Weight- Choc Pancakes


  • 1/3 Cup rolled oats
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 scoop healthy mummy smoothie
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • Smidge coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt to serve
  • Handful of frozen raspberries to serve
  • Drizzle of honey to serve


  • Mix ingredients 1-6 together
  • Heat non-stick frying pan and add a smidge of coconut oil
  • Pour in batter
  • Flip when slightly browned
  • Repeat with the remaining batter
  • Serve with a dollop of greek yoghurt, handful of frozen berries and a drizzle of honey.
  • *I have also served with his chopped banana and a sprinkle of coconut and dark chocolate chips- these are not included in calories*

Serves 1 – can easily be adapted to serve more
