Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 20g Pure Harvest Coconut and Cocoa spread
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 3 fresh mint leaves (or peppermint essence)
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
Method
- Add all ingredients to food processor/thermomix and blend well.
- Roll into 20 balls for 48 calories per ball. (Pop mixture in fridge for a bit if too soft to roll).
- Then leave in fridge to set.
- Enjoy!
