Lose Baby Weight- bliss balls

Ingredients

  • 8 dried pitted dates-soaked in hot water 3 min,drained
  • 2 weetbix
  • 1 Tbs cacao
  • 1 Tbs chocolate healthy mummy mix
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 Tbs coconut oil-melted
  • 1tsp water

Method

  • Place everything,except water, in processor and blitz until crumbly.
  • Add water and blitz again for a min until well combined.
  • Using a tbs scoop out and press into balls.
  • Store in the fridge
