Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of dark choc chips
- 1/4 cup of skim milk
- 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut sugar/natural sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method
- Place all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together.
- Add all the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir together until mixed well.
- Use a baking tray, you can choose to line it with baking paper if you wish to and place the mix evenly onto the tray, I chose to get a piece of baking paper and place it over the top of the tray and pressed down until all the mixture was spread evenly onto the baking tray.
- Place into the oven on 160 degrees for about 30-35 mins or until firm.
- You should roughly get 18 squares a batch.
