We recently ran a Healthy Baking Competition on our Private Facebook Support Group for REAL MUMS to send in their healthy and yummy baking recipes that can be enjoyed while following a healthy eating plan and it was a HUGE success – so we have decided to run it again!
Today we have the first AMAZING and YUMMY recipe for you to try, Choc Chip Cookie Dough Bites and a BIG Thank You to Kim Thomas for submitting her recipe.
Lose Baby Weight- Cookie dough bites


  • 1 and 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (soft)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 25g dark choc chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Optional – dash of cinnamon


  • Add everything except choc chips into food processor/thermomix and blitz for 20 seconds
  • Scrap down sides and blitz again for another 10 (or until cookie dough consistency)
  • Mix in choc chips with hands and shape into a square (use the corner of a lined slice tray to help shape) OR you can roll into balls
  • Put in fridge to set
  • Once hard cut into 16 pieces
  • Enjoy!
