Healthy Choc Banana Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix Chocolate (25 grams)
- 1/2 banana (45 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (0.3 grams)
- 1 cup reduced-fat milk of choice (250 mls)
Method
- Place all ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy!
