Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix Chocolate (25 grams)
  • 1/2 banana (45 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (0.3 grams)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk of choice (250 mls)

Method

  • Place all ingredients into your blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  • Enjoy!
