Ingredients
- 2 tblsp The Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie Mix
- 1 cup Almond/Coconut Milk
- 1 small Carrot grated
- 25g Walnuts
- 1 tblsp Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch of Ginger
- As much ice as you please!
Method
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy!
