Today we have a great reader recipe for you all to try that you can include into your healthy eating plan while losing baby weight.
These balls would make a great snack for the whole family served with some green tea.


  • 130gm fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut
  • Extra 1/4cup coconut for rolling
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup maple or i used maple agave syrup
  • 2tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 30g (2 tablespoons) healthy mummy vanilla smoothie
  • 2 tbsp pepita seeds


  • Blend oats and coconut in processor
  • Take stems off strawberries and then add them and all other ingredients to processor
  • Blend until combined
  • Roll in to 24 balls in the extra coconut

Makes 24 balls
