“Hi Lose Baby Weight, I am loving using your smoothies and trying so many recipes out – too many to mention! And I am pleased to say that the weight is coming off – 5kg over 7 weeks now which I am very pleased about – and my milk supply is still really strong and I feel great!
I was craving a Hazelnut whirl the other day so decided to experiment and see if I could make a smoothie version of one and I was very pleased with the result – sooooo yummy – is now on my favourite list! Hope you enjoy 🙂
- 2 x tbsp of chocolate healthy mummy mix
- 8 x natural hazelnuts
- 1 x cup so good light soy chocolate milk
- 1 x cup almond milk
- 2 x tbsp of avocado
- 1 x tbsp oats
- 1/2 a frozen banana
Blend away and enjoy without the guilt!
