Ingredients
- 300mls coconut water
- 1 tray of ice
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie Mix
- 1/4 zucchini
- 1/4 pear
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 cup kale
- 2 Cos Lettuce leaves
- 1/4 avacado
- 1tbsp sunflower seeds
Method
- Pop all of your ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for a good 2-3 mins as you want your smoothie to be nice and creamy
- Put into a glass or jar and sprinkle with extra sunflower seeds
- Enjoy!
