Ingredients:
- 1 hand full of spinach or kale
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Big chunk of grated ginger
- 3 mint leaves
- 2 pieces of watermelon
- 2 scoops of the Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix (vanilla works well)
- 1 large glass of water with 2 teaspoons of chia seeds dissolved in it
Directions:
