Ingredients
- 300 mls coconut water
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 zucchini
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 tray of ice
- 1/2 a lime
- 1/2 a small peach
- 1/4 pear
Method
- Place all of your ingredients into a blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy!
