We love green smoothies – they are packed full of extra vitamins, minerals and nutrients and it is a great way to increase your veggie intake during the day.
Here is a delicious healthy mummy green smoothie recipe sent in by Kat Brown and as you can see from the photo – it is very green and very thick – YUM!!

Green smoothie

  • 100ml almond milk
  • 150ml water
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp avocado
  • 1 tbsp whole grain oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut and
  • 2 tbsp vanilla smoothie mix

Blend on high for several mins
Very thick and  yummy!!
