Ingredients
- 200ml oat milk
- 50mls water
- Handful of ice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2grapefruit
- 2 silverbeet leaves
- 1 tblspn coconut yoghurt
- 1 tblspn Vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 1 tblspn strawberry Healthy mummy smoothie mix
Method
- Place all of your ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy!
