We love a green Healthy Mummy Smoothie and this one is packed full of protein and goodness and the added bonus is that is tastes absolutely delicious!
We are also using Almond milk and almonds are excellent for your health and are high in protein too so is a great alternative if you don’t like to use dairy milk.
And not only is almond milk high in protein and full of Vitamin E (so great for skin, hair and nails) but it is good for your heart and can help lower cholesterol.
- 2 x tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
- 2 x tbsp of Greek yoghurt
- 2 x big handful of fresh spinach
- 250ml of unsweetened Almond milk
- A few cubes of ice
