Lose Baby Weight- 15.5kg Loss
I started following Lose Baby Weight 28 day challenge online at the end of February, I had tried countless other shakes and I was getting no where at all-I needed hope!
I had seen an add for Lose Baby Weight and I knew I had to try it, and boy am I glad I did! I’ve lost 14 kgs and over 30 cm off my body since I started.
The great thing is, it isn’t just a diet, it’s a lifestyle change, an amazing one and I honestly could not have done this without Lose Baby Weight.
I started at 69.9kgs and am now only 700 grams away from my goal of 55Kgs, I plan to keep following Lose Baby Weight and work on toning my body.
It’s going to be hard but I’m ready for this, after all, we can do anything we set our minds to.
I gave up on energy drinks; I was drinking a 4 pack a day, Eep! And coke which was my go to drink instead of water, I feel better than ever without them, I get the same rush now from working out J
ADDED CHALLENGE! One thing I haven’t given up yet is smoking, I know it’s a gross habit, I’ve been smoking since I was 13 (now 21) and after seeing what I can do, I know I can do this, so my goal as motivating mum for June is to quit smoking, and I would like to ask any other mums out there that smoke to join me, make this the month we kick the habit, I’m ready for this and I hope you are as well, check in with me on the Facebook private support group ladies J together we are strong
