Hi Lose Baby Weight Team,
This week is a momentous one for me as I have now passed my pre-pregnancy weight and this has been the best way to lose weight!!!
I have still have a little more to go but I am now past halfway and the best part of all is it has all been done very sustainably!!!
I’m feeling much fitter, more toned and still have great energy, which is perfect as my daughter is about to start crawling any day now.
I am at 87kgs and have dropped 9kgs and 1-2 dress sizes already.
I’m back jogging and doing pilates as well as the odd Lose Baby Weight Dvd session during nap time.
Food-wise I replace 1-2 meals per day with a Lose Baby Weight Healthy Mummy smoothie, my favourite being the Chia-Choc-Nana
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp oatbran
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- skim or rice milk
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Chocolate smoothie powder
At the weekends my food is a little more random as we go and see the inlaws a lot, but I just try to make healthy choices and don’t beat myself up if something they cook isn’t the best.
I’ve loved being on the EML challenge and wish you guys would continue it!!! I may not have done every challenge every week, but more often than not I have and it’s been great and is the best way to lose weight.
