I have 3 children aged 13, 11 and 7 and late last year I returned to work part time. At the beginning I had my mum helping me out with making my dinners which was convenient.

But I’m so used to clean eating that I now come home after work and footy training and happily cook the family the amazing food that lose baby weight has taught me to create.
My journey with lose baby weight began just over 3 years ago where I was heaviest non pregnancy weight of 78 kilos. Unfortunately for me I only have 1 photo of myself at my heaviest as I couldn’t  bear to look at how big I had become, this one picture did it for me I found the strengths to push pass this stage in my life and get my body ,self esteem and confidence back.
My secret weapon is the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Challenge and the Healthy Mummy Smoothies. I put 100% into losing weight and ate solely from the Lose Baby Weights 28 Day plans and had 2 smoothies a day within 6 months id gone from a larger size 14 to a now 8.
