Hi, my name is Filiz!
I’m one of the lucky mums that were selected as your Motivating Mum for this month.
I have really enjoyed my role as a Motivating Mum this month as I find it also keeps me motivated and focused on my healthy eating and exercise.
So far using the Healthy Mummy 28 day weight loss challenges I have lost 28 kilos.
I’m so glad I found lose baby weight. At the beginning, I thought it was just a weight loss smoothie like many I had tried. Little did I know that nearly 3 and half years later I’d be at my maintained weight for that long .
I’ve never gone back to my old ways of binge eating and feeling crap afterwards . Lose baby weight has helped me maintain my loss and introduced me to foods I’d never tried before . My family and I love all the meals that I prepare from the challenge and recipe hub.
I love having the smoothies for breakfast as it is an easy and convenient meal for me in the mornings when we are always rushed to get to school and work.
I also love all the support of members on the private group . Thanking lose baby weight team for creating such amazing products and an amazing team of ladies on the healthy mummy group .
I am looking forward to the new slow cooking and one pot wonder theme for The 28 day Challenge which is coming up in June.
My goals for this winter is to maintain my loss and to keep on being healthy and happy.
