I have been using lose baby weight products since Feb 2013 , I have lost 28 kilos using the smoothies , recipe books website recipes and participating on the online 28 day challenges

I began my journey at my heaviest non pregnancy weight of 78 kilos . I was a comfort eater who would easily eat a block of dairy milk chocolate each night followed by potato chips and fizzy drinks . 

I couldn’t bare to look at myself in the mirror any more as I was getting bigger everyday I repeatedly started diets on the ever so famous Monday to only fail by mid week . I only have 2 pics of me at my heaviest weight as I would delete them 

I psyched myself up that once kids are back at school I’m going to start my journey so i did and I succeeded . 28 kilos down iv never looked back and intend to stay this way if health permits .

February 2013 I began having the smoothies twice a day and eating from the 28 day eating plan for dinner and snacks . I successfully lost 20 kilos in 6 months . 

I have managed to lose 28 kilos and keep it off . This is the new me I don’t diet anymore I actually eat more than I ever used too . And my family really enjoy all the meals I make they also enjoy all the different desserts . 

Lose baby weight is not a diet it teaches you about real food , and nourishing ourselves and how to be a better and healthy version of your old self .  

 I also love the online challenges so inspiring to be on the same journey as 20,000 other mums who have the same goal .
