Hi everyone! In February we are running our #febfriendzy month!
This means we want everyone to try and pair up with a friend – either virtually or physically team up and help inspire, support and motivate each other to get to your goals
And, we are now calling out for Mums to become our February Feb Friendzy Motivating Mums.
The Mums who are selected to be our Motivating Mums in February will be inspiring and motivating thousands of other mums and helping them to reach their weight loss goals – as well as keeping each other to be accountable.


So what’s involved?

You need to have been using the Lose Baby Weight Plans and already have a great success story to share with mums that will inspire them to makeover their diet and exercise lifestyle so they too can achieve what you have achieved
You then need to ensure you have got a friend who is on the plans with you and has also had success – this can be a VIRTUAL friend that doesn’t live in the same area as you, a friend you have made in our private group or a PHYSICAL friend that you would do Feb Friendzy with – the choice is yours!
You will then both have a list of Motivating Mum duties to perform over the month which involve sharing your exercise, recipes and smoothie photos across various social media and we will outline this in your Motivating Mum duties document if you are selected
We want this to really show how 2 friends working together can have even better results and we want it to be fun and inspiring too

What is in it for you?

If you and your friend are selected you will be sent 2 Healthy Mummy Smoothies and a copy of our DVD, the Healthy Kids Book and 28 Day Plan will also been sent to you.
