I just wanted to say a massive thank you and I wanted to share with you my before and now photo since I have reached my mini goal of pre preg with number 2.
I have 25kg more to go and have lost a total of 27kg since the first pic.! I’ve been dying to try your healthy mummy smoothies and 28 day plan meal plans since i found out I was pregnant with number 2.

My little girl came into the world on April 23rd and I started the healthy eating 28 Day Plan as soon as I got home.
I started the healthy mummy smoothies at 5 weeks post birth and loved that they are safe in breastfeeding…I was 122kg when I had my baby and now almost 12 weeks later am 95.5kg.
I have reached my halfway mark (goal is 70kg which is pre preg from number 1) and I couldn’t be happier. Still a long way to go…another 26kg but I feel so confident with the lose baby weight meals and smoothies that I will get there!
