Hi Mummies!
I write this as I await my next delivery of Healthy Mummy Smoothie tubs. I have been using the Lose Baby Weight plans for the past 2 years and I have lost over 44kgs.
I have been without my yummy smoothies for a couple of weeks and I’m amazed at how much I miss them!
I am forever reminding myself that this is a lifestyle choice, not a “diet”, so when I go without my Smoothies, I feel like I can’t function properly!!
They are so quick and easy and don’t make me feel bloated or overfull. When I don’t have them, I find that I either miss breakfast or sometimes I even make myself over eat a bit!
After one of the “downs”, I love being able to pick up one of my Healthy Mummy recipe books and plan my weeks meals no matter how busy the week will be I know my whole family will be eating healthy.
I also recently had a look over my bank statement after moving house 2 months ago, quitting a very nasty habit and being sick (bandwagon…where are you??!) I was GOBSMACKED at how much we have spent on food. Meal planning not only means we eat healthy, but also that we keep our costs down as we shop once a week for everything we need.
I have also recently joined a Gym with my husband. I feel like, on the whole, I have my eating under control with my ability to make healthy choices and pick myself up when I hit a bump in my journey. I can’t wait to start seeing the results from toning and also just being able to breathe clearer and continue to be the role model to my children, I want to be.
Losing weight, as I was recently reminded, is not just about seeing the results, but also about FEELING the results. I feel amazing. I have a beautiful family and I feel better than I have in years.
Lose Baby Weight has made me realise that a girl really can have it all, and I deserve it!
