Hi Rhian & the Lose Baby Weight Team
I loved every bit of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and am so happy that I lost 4.6kg.
I will continue using the Lose Baby Weight plans until I reach my goal weight.
The image on the left is of me on July 1, 2014 and the image on the right is of me on July 29, 2014 – I’m so happy with the difference.
Since giving birth to my son in April 2014 I’ve hit the heaviest weight I’ve ever been in my life which was 70.6kg My pre pregnancy weight was 58kg and this weight gain made me increasingly uncomfortable both physically and mentally.
I came across lose baby weight website while browsing for weightloss plans on the internet. This was the only plan that supported breastfeeding mothers and I was very much interested to trial the 28 day weightloss challenge.
I very much enjoyed trying out new recipes which were sent as part of the challenge every week. The healthy mummy smoothies gave me a good start to kick off the day with energy and the exercise plan made me feel refreshed and energetic.
I am a very big fan of the guilt free chocolate treats cookbook and have got my family into loving some of the treats I’ve made from it.
I regularly use the Facebook closed group forum to read about other mums’ success stories to inspire myself. And this forum has been a brilliant source to boost my motivation when I felt a bit sluggish or giving up.
My life has forever transformed and I’m truly grateful for LBW team for embedding healthy eating and regular exercises into my lifestyle.
Thank you to Rhian, the Lose Baby Weight team and all you motivating mums in this forum for the support and encouragement you constantly provide me, it really makes reaching my weight loss goals so much easier.
