Hi, my name is Emma and I have just completed the 28 day weight loss challenge. I have struggled with my weight ever since I had my first child 8 years ago.
I tried many fad diets, hit the gym, starved myself, deprived myself- gave up. I’d lose 2-3kg, gain 6.
My heaviest being almost 80kg and I am only 162cms tall. 4 kids later, I sat at just over 76kg and felt like I would never feel good about myself again. I am a huge emotional eater, if I was upset or bored or even happy I’d eat.
I discovered Lose Baby Weight  after a friend tried it and lost all of her baby weight.
After seeing the 28 Day Challenge being advertised I decided to give it a go. Other than weight, what did I have to lose? Lose Baby Weight changed my life.

July ChallengeLose Baby Weight taught me a whole different way to eating. I have not even one felt deprived.
I can still enjoy my favourite foods, cooked differently and I don’t feel bloated or sluggish after.
I used the Healthy Mummy Smoothies – but not for every meal – and they are a fantastic way to get a meal in on a tight schedule.
I have changed so much in the last 28 days. I RUN, I used to be the kind of person who would almost pass out after 30 seconds of running. I love exercising now. I feel amazing. I look amazing. I have lost 50 cms off my entire body and 7.5kg.
I’m finally below 70kg and while I still have quite a while to go, I know I can do it. I no longer feel overwhelmed or stuck.
