My name is Emma and I am one of the Motivating Mums for September. I have been using the Lose Baby Weight products and following for 12months and I have lost a total of 26kg and over 170cms off my body.
As a mum of 4 children a lot of my time was spent on them and not myself or a healthy lifestyle for myself, Since following Lose Baby Weight I have more energy, a brighter more positive outlook on life and the future ahead.
I have been following the 28 day challenge for around 9 months now and it has been a huge benefit to my weight loss and where I am today.
I started off at 148.3KG and I am now sitting at 122 kg .
I aim to get as active as I can daily whether it be incidental exercised, cleaning the family home, dancing around the house with the music cranked up or just a swift walk around the backyard .
My main exercise routine would typically be to go on a 3km walk daily, followed by 100 squats throughout the day and using the Healthy Mummy DVD which is a fantastic workout.
I believe keeping active and putting exercise into your lifestyle daily is a huge benefit to your health.
My motivation for the weeks ahead is summer, I want to look and feel comfortable in the warm weather.
I usually am the mum who sits from a distance watching her children splash in the water at the beach when really I should be making memories and joining in and feeling confident in doing so.
So summer is a huge motivator for me, to wear comfortable cool clothing and not be sweltering in track pants and long sleeve shirts.
My goal is to be 85-90Kg so u have 30kg to go until ill be at my first major goal. I believe no matter how big you are it’s never too late to start and improve your lifestyle and wellbeing , I want to show those especially who have large amounts to lose that you can achieve those goals, you just need to take the first step and take each day at a time and your body will thank you.
