My name is Emily I’m 25 years old with PCOS on the worst end unfortunately and I am on my first month of doing the challenges but have been following the page for a while. I am a Healthy Mummy Smoothie user! I have them every day!!!
I have lost just over 45kgs* since 1/1/14 (I started close to 130kg and I’m now ranging from 78/80kg) my incentive was for my wedding day which was 23/1/15!
I have been sharing my story since the very beginning and a lot of people have said how inspirational I am and I have managed to help friends and family and also friends of friends to start exercising and healthy eating which has motivated me more to carry on doing what I’m doing.
I’ve always loved to help people I get friends and family email me daily whether it’s for help or saying how well I’m doing and I love it when they send me pictures of then changing!!
I think I would be awesome for the 100 day challenge because I have been motivating people for the past year and I really enjoy helping others and seeing them succeed and feeling happy with themselves it’s the best feeling in the world and because people look up to me it keeps me motivated to!!! 🙂
