Hi healthy mummies! My name is Elle Temple and I have lost 24kg on the lose baby weight plans and healthy mummy smoothies!
I had searched for a program that was simple and safe for breastfeeding mums to follow to kick start the weight I had gained during pregnancy and post partum.
Lose baby weight plans were specifically designed for this and educated me into what foods I should be eating, giving me great food ideas to make it feel less like dieting and make it enjoyable!
I started lose baby weight almost a year ago now and have enjoyed following such a flexible and well structured weight loss program that is suitable for busy mums.
I have been following the lose baby weight 28 day challenges to keep motivated and on track with my healthy eating. Maintaining weight loss results can be hard, but this provides me with new food ideas to keep me interested, so it doesn’t feel like dieting!
The support and motivation from the lose baby weight team and Facebook support group is phenomenal! It has given me the help and encouragement to achieve what I thought was never possible, the ladies are so inspiring with their own stories and welcoming of people just starting with their weight loss journey.
I was inspired to start running along side my healthy eating and I have built up my fitness since I started back in July 2014, and in May 2015 I ran my first half marathon!
I am excited to inspire and help out the lose baby weight and healthy mummy support groups in the month of June! It is going to be such a great month!
I am looking forward to the 28 day challenge recipes to be released. I will be using my lose baby weight DVD to help tone me up and keep in good shape, it’s simple and convenient to use on an evening to squeeze in a quick workout when my son is in bed!
