Since starting with the plans in September, she’s lost 17kgs.
I started my lifestyle change with the September 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. To date I have lost 17kg following the Lose Baby Weight programs.
Following the 28 Day Challenges have given me tools I will use for the rest of my life. I now know the importance of portion size, weighing out ingredients, snacking and how to swap foods for a healthier version.
Most importantly I now know how to nourish my body with fresh whole foods.
You really get out what you put in. I feel healthy and fit. I love my lifestyle and I’m the healthiest I have ever been.
