Wow what a month it has been, I have lost 9 kg with Lose Baby Weight and I have absolute loved the May Belly Buster Challenge.
I have lost 10cm from my Belly so far! That to me is crazy awesome!!
I have loooved being a Motivating mum for May it’s been great and has made me far more accountable and way more pumped 🙂
Lose Baby Weight-9kg Loss
My goals this month were to drink 3 ltrs of water a day do the challenge exercises every day and follow the meal plans.
I’ve drunk 3 ltrs of water all bar 2 days so far and completed the exercises every day bar 1 and we have followed the meals plans at least 5 days out of 7 a week I’m pretty happy with that effort and body and mind is thanking me for it on the days I didn’t drink that much water I felt lethargic and yuck by mid afternoon and same goes with the exercise if I haven’t done any exercise I feel un-energised and find it hard to keep going till the kids are in bed.
As a hugely busy mum of 4, those small things make a massive difference to my day to day life.  My mood changes, the way I react to my kids and hubby changes, my body is lethargic and the only way I can describe it is I feel bluh!
For the last 3 years I have been following the Lose Baby Weight Plans and I’m a competent different person that I was 3 years ago 40kgs lighter but me as a person is soo different I’m happier and more social I’m more confident in me as a person and I am determined to reach whatever goals I set for myself.

Eleanor’s Tips:

  • Have a goal in mind make it a goodie and make it something achievable.
  • Ask yourself this question: “Why do you want to achieve your goals?  Dig real deep and get that reason why as that is what is going to make you achieve those goals.”
  • Get your family on board as with there support your goals will be more achievable and you will have them to egg you on.
  • Make a plan every week, this plan may change every day but you always have that plan to go back to.
  • Don’t expect perfection you will not eat healthy 100% of the time you will treat yourself from time to time and that is ok that is life if you look at this as a lifestyle not a diet you will succeed.
  • And one last one.  Join the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and join up to the Facebook support group.

For me I work basically full time from home with my job and helping running our mechanic business I have 4 children 4 months, 3, 5 and 10 the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is sooo awesome as it does the planning for you.
The meal plan is done the exercise plan is done it’s fantastic I cannot rave enough about it for me it is a life changer for me and my family it takes the guess work out of everything I know what I should be eating and I know what exercise I should be doing and it’s all there right on front of me.
And the support group is also a huge huge support and motivation for me I post there on a daily basis to keep myself accountable and loove seeing all of the other mums posting too 🙂
I hope everyone has had a fantastic May, as I have had and I am super excited about winter as I am going to smash out these last 10 – 15kgs that I have to lose and I’m going to commit to every challenge over winter to get me there
