These quick and easy patties can be a great addition into your healthy eating plan.
They are super quick to prepare and are loved by the whole family. If you have fussy kids you could even pop some grated veggies into the mix too.

Ingredients

  • 500gms lean beef mince
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbls oyester sauce
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 4 finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 tbls coconut oil
  • Chopped Chilli- optional

 Method

  • Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl
  • Make up into small patties or bigger ones(but this will change calories)
  • Heat oil up in frypan on medium heat and cook patties on both sides until cooked through
  • Serve with healthy coleslaw, in a wrap or with some stir fried veggies
