This DELSIH and amazing looking reader smoothie recipe is packed full of vitamins and nutrients and would make the perfect breakfast for any busy mum trying to lose baby weight.
One of the main ingredients in this smoothie is Dragon Fruit, a tropical fruit that is high in flavour and low in calories making it a perfect addition to your Healthy Mummy Smoothie.


  • 100g frozen strawberries
  • 150g dragonfruit
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie Mix
  • 30g avocado (I used this to make it creamy- you could use banana)
  • Large handful of ice
