Today we have this INCREDIBLE looking Healthy Mummy Smoothie to share with you all that can be enjoyed as a quick and easy meal replacement when trying to lose baby weight.

Ingredients
- 2tbs strawberry Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
- 250ml coconut water
- 150g Dragonfruit (would work with either ruby or white flesh)
- 15g tinned beetroot (I used steamed & puréed fresh beetroot)
- 1/2 banana
- 1tsp chia seeds
- Juice of half a lime
- Handful of ice
Method
- Combine all of your ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for at least 3 mins
- Enjoy!
