I have always struggled with my weight and suffer from PCOS and when I turned 30 and my twins turned 2 in May, I decided it was time to do something about it!
I searched around for a program that I thought would work for me and I am so glad I found Lose Baby Weight and signed up for the Winter Challenge.
It has helped me to think about the food I am eating everyday to fuel my body, motivated me to exercise everyday and I already have so much more energy to run around after my boys.
