It’s been a good month for me, I’ve really gotten back on track and have finally beaten my plateau, I’ve been calorie counting again I find it keeps me on track, I have bought an exercise bike, following the healthy mummy DVD and dancing!
It really is about finding something you love! I was never one to do any type of exercise.. But once I found what I enjoyed it really helped..
Sure I have my bad days where I feel miserable and just want to eat junk all day (let me tell you it’s not worth it) You really feel it the next day!
What I have defiantly learnt though at the end of the day we are all human and just because I have had a few bad days it doesn’t mean I have fallen of the wagon..
Tomorrow is always a new day and I always start fresh feeling even more determined.
So keep powering forward if I can do it I believe you and anyone can do it.
