Hi my names Donna, I feel honoured to have been chosen to be your motivating mum for the month of September. I have lost an amazing 15kgs with Lose Baby Weight.
A little about me and my journey so far, im a 29yr old stay at home mum to two beautiful children. They inspire me each and every day!
My journey began in January 2015 when I had faced a slight health scare, my Dr had put it down to being overweight. While waiting for appointments I decided to take things into my own hands and finally after following Lose Baby Weight on Facebook for some time I decided to order my first lot of Healthy Mummy products.
I started as soon as they arrived I started exercising and going for regular walks pushing my two children in the pram. I cut out coke completely my biggest down fall, I stopped all the fast food the lollies and junk food and started eating healthy and drinking 2lt of water every day!
I was really starting to feel great, as for my health scare it all came back clear and instead of failing and stopping my new lifestyle I continued. Such big achievements in its self for me as I never finish anything off!
My starting weight was 99kg, 8 months on and I have lost 15kg.
Not only do I physically feel better I mentally feel better too. I am so much happier with myself inside and out. I am doing things I never use to do, I even find myself posing and smiling for the camera when someone goes to take a photo of myself instead of trying to hide behind something or to block my face.
Playing with my children is defiantly a highlight hearing them laugh and dance around the lounge room with me. Seeing my 1yr old daughter doing squats and my 3yr old son saying coming on mummy lets exercise motivates me even more to keep going.
We love going down to the park running around and playing together, something I never really use to do, I was the one who sat on the sideline and watched. Everything I cook is from the Lose Baby Weight site or from all the healthy Mummy cookbooks.
I have never been disappointed with a meal and my family really enjoy them aswell. The smoothies are amazing I don’t go a day without one or two and I always make sure I have tubs in backup.
If you have gotten this far I thank you for taking your time to read about my journey, I still have a long way to go but I know with this amazing product called Lose Baby Weight I will get there, they also have a private facebook group that I follow very closely and the women on there are so supportive and understanding, we are all on this journey together.
