It’s been two weeks now of becoming May motivating mum and I have loved it!!
On my first week I pledge to start eating clean and healthy, I cut down coffee and gave up sugar in drinks ( I use to use 2 tsps. sugar to my coffee and have like 4-5 cups a day) travelled on that week too and preparation has lead to my weight loss.
My second week was excellent and felt refreshed! I did the 3 day cleanse which is outlined in the summer cookbook! And thanks to this my caffeine issues have gone— I don’t even crave for coffee or finish a cup today. I don’t use caffeine anymore to give me the that energy boost! I now love having lemon on my water and have been having 3-4 glass a day. I also have been taking the apple cider vinegar before meals.
I have been using a lot of recipes from the website and cookbooks. And belly buster challenge! Also made the choc fudge and French cake from the guilt free chocolate baking and treats book, it was delicious and really Guilt free.
In total I have lost 2.3 kilos in two weeks. Start weight 75 kgs and im now 72.7. I still do my regular workout routine and started the couch to 5k challenge ( I’m not a runner so this will be a challenge for me ) my goal is to be under 70kgs when we finish the belly buster challenge.
