Carrot Cake SmoothieI started having your healthy mummy smoothies just over a week ago and the weight is already coming off! I have been experimenting with different ingredients and recently came up with this one which is really nice!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • 350ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 50grms or half a large steamed/cooled carrot
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1/8 cup of oats
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1tsp honey
