I started having your healthy mummy smoothies just over a week ago and the weight is already coming off! I have been experimenting with different ingredients and recently came up with this one which is really nice!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
- 2 tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 350ml unsweetened almond milk
- 50grms or half a large steamed/cooled carrot
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 1/8 cup of oats
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1tsp honey
